LDC is providing Site Plan design and engineering services for Diamond Auto Group at their Auburn facility.  We successfully completed Site Plan and MassDOT permitting that allows Diamond to expand their site by annexing former public rights-of-way in exchange for Diamond constructing a new section of Faith Avenue and transferring it to the Town.  LDC is working with Diamond’s legal counsel, the Town of Auburn Planning Board, Conservation Commission and DPW, as well as MassDOT District 3 and MassDOT Headquarters to achieve Diamond’s goals.
